Joley is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at BPE Solicitors, based in Cheltenham.
She has broad experience advising shareholders and private corporate clients on a range of transactional and other corporate advisory work including M&A, corporate restructurings, equity investments and general corporate governance.
Joley studied the integrated Master’s in Law and Practice course at the University of Huddersfield before qualifying and gaining experience in both the corporate and commercial fields post-qualification, at a national firm based in Bristol.
