Are you a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our dynamic team, specializing in all aspects of residential property law. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages 
• Providing expert legal advice on property matters, including conveyancing and land registry procedures 
• Conducting title investigations, preparing contracts, and overseeing exchange and completion processes 
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process 
• Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service 

Requirements: 

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property law 
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively 
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding legal service
