I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team at BPE Solicitors and have over 10 years’ experience advising a broad range of clients from start-up businesses to household names on a full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

I have a strong commercial law practice and advise clients on long-term, strategically important, multi million-pound contracts. I have particular expertise in negotiating and drafting often high-value and technically complex commercial agreements within a number of highly regulated sectors including food and drink, healthcare, retail and aviation. I also advise on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, shareholder matters and corporate and asset finance transactions.

Prior to studying law, I obtained a degree in Physiology & Pharmacology and that scientific background enables me to undertake an analytical and logical approach to resolving complex legal issues to help my clients achieve their commercial goals.
