I work in Property working in all areas of landlord and tenant law, property disposals and acquisitions. My ideal client would be the chief executive of a retail company or the property manager for an investment fund with expansion plans.

I'm particularly interested in the leisure and retail sector helping owners and MDs to manage and expand their property portfolios. I draft and negotiate landlord and tenant agreements and sale and purchase contracts and also investigate and report on title matters.
