I specialise in Family Law. I deal with all of the financial issues that arise on separation or divorce and work hand in hand with my clients to achieve the best outcome for them.

My particular area of interest is dealing with the future arrangements for any children of the relationship. This might include future schooling arrangements and payment of school fees; establishing which parent the child will live with in the future and putting in place a flexible contact schedule so the absent parent can still spend quality time with the child; meeting day to day ongoing income needs or for any disability or one off expenses; taking steps to physically protect the child, or their main carer, if there is a risk to welfare; or even helping a parent to relocate to another part of the country, or to another continent, with their children to start a new life.

I understand how stressful it is to go through a separation or divorce and my job is to help a client make well informed decisions so they can take control of their future and provide stability for themselves and for their children.
