Senior Paralegal

I am a paralegal in the Employment team where I assist the team in contentious and non-contentious matters. In my role I support the team by drafting letters, amending agreements and corresponding directly with the tribunal.

I assist the team with tribunal matters from the receipt of an ET1 submission to the final judgement. By being involved in the whole process, I correspond with our clients on a daily basis which helps me to build strong relationships with them.

Prior to working at BPE I studied Law at University and I am now studying to become a Chartered Legal Executive. Working at BPE has exposed me to different areas of the law and has been a great first step in my legal career.
