Caroline has both strength and depth as a commercial solicitor specialising in all things contractual, early business development, charity law and the Arts.

Through her experience in the City and then as a corporate solicitor in a leading City firm, Caroline gained a strong background in complex corporate transactions, restructurings, acquisitions and disposals. Given her desire to support businesses at the early stages of their development and relationship building, Caroline has focused on leading clients through all areas of business fundamentals from shareholders agreements and partnership agreements to manufacturing and supply agreements.

Through both her work and genuine interest in the Arts and creative industries, Caroline has in depth experience of advising on copyright protection, franchising, theatre administration, and general IP/IT relationships. In addition, her experience working with and being involved in a number of charities, focusing on conservation, special needs and faith, have also lent her a considerable experience in the formation, regulation and management of numerous charities.

Caroline enjoys living on a farm in the Cotswolds, conveniently located an hour by train from the hustle and bustle of London yet walking distance to three country pubs.
