As a Solicitor in BPE’s Corporate team, there are a wide variety of matters that I assist with – from mergers and acquisitions, to corporate restructuring, to procuring funding for growing businesses, and much more. In my career thus far, I have plenty of experience assisting clients ranging from new start-ups to large and established public companies, and can tailor any advice to match the client’s specific needs.

I place a great deal of importance on client experience, which is thoroughly reinforced by the firm as a whole – only by appreciating their needs and understanding the context in which they operate can we provide the level of service which our clients have come to expect from us, and it is a pleasure to work for a firm and in a team that upholds these levels of quality.

Before joining BPE, I studied History and Politics as an undergraduate at Oxford University, before studying the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. After that, I spent several years working as a Corporate Paralegal in the City of London, before qualifying through the SQE and joining the firm.
