Expertise at BPE reflected in top legal directory rankings
Chambers & Partners have recognised the expertise of BPE solicitors in the latest rankings, with five teams retaining their band rankings and nine solicitors across the commercial and family teams being individually acknowledged in the latest announcements.
The Technology team has reason to celebrate with Partner and Team Leader, Christine Jackson having her ranking increased to Band 2 while Sarah Kenshall, another Partner, has been identified as up and coming.
The Corporate team has retained its position as the highest ranked team in Cheltenham for another year, with two of the team’s Partners - Louise Grzasko and Anthony Rudge - ranked in Band 3 while John Workman retains his title as an Eminent Practitioner.
The Commercial Property team remains in band 4 while newly promoted Equity Partner, Doug Armstrong has been identified as up and coming for the first time, in recognition of his excellence advising on high value and complex property matters.
BPE’s Family team has also received several nods of recognition. The team itself remains in Band 1, with Partner Rebecca Pike named as up and coming. While Partner and Team Leader, Helen Cankett, receives two acknowledgments. Firstly, retaining her place in Band 1 and secondly she has had the spotlight shone on her work on alternative dispute resolutions (ADR), reflecting her aim to keep family matters out of the courts.
Managing Partner, Antonia Shield commented: “These rankings are a testament to the talent and expertise we have at BPE. It is great to see so many of our solicitors individually acknowledged for their dedication to clients, and special congratulations to Helen for her work in ADR. We have so many talented lawyers in the business it is fantastic to see Rebecca, Sarah and Doug specifically identified as up and coming”.
