Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client Partners& Holdings Limited (Partners&) on its purchase of Health Matters (UK) Limited (Health Matters).

The move is part of the Partners& strategy to provide a seamless insurance, employee benefits and risk management proposition to commercial and private clients. The experience and expertise of the Health Matters team will augment the existing Partners& wellbeing, engagement and benefits team.
