Supreme Court rejects claim for damages against Google
The Supreme Court this week rejected a claim for damages against Google over alleged illegal tracking of iPhones. The claim, relating to alleged activity in 2011-2012, sought compensation for up to 4.4 million users of iPhones and would have been a significant mass-action lawsuit.
