BPE’s Corporate team has advised The P&M Group Limited on its acquisition of Tysoe Holdings Limited

Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client The P & M Group Limited on its acquisition of Tysoe Holdings and its subsidiary S. Tysoe Installations (Tysoe Group).

The Tysoe Group was established in 1982 and are experts in cold room installations which synergises with P&M Group’s existing sector expertise.

Corporate Partner Adam Kean, with assistance from Angharad Doyle (Associate) and Rupert Parker (Solicitor), worked closely with Andy Moon (Chairman of The P & M Group Limited) and his team to ensure the transaction with Simon Tysoe (Managing Director of the Tysoe Group) went smoothly.  Natalie Jones, Solicitor in the Commercial team and Doug Armstrong (Partner) and Natalie Hopkins (Solicitor) were also called upon to for their expertise.
