BPE’s Corporate team has advised Partners& on joining forces with Ives & Taylor Group Ltd

The Corporate team at Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client Partners& on its acquisition of Ives & Taylor Group Ltd (Ives TG).

The Ives TG team brings new expertise to Partners&, with a number of exciting business and individual insurance clients based across the North West.

Corporate Partner Adam Kean, with assistance from Associate Angharad Doyle and Solicitor Rupert Parker, worked closely with Phil Barton (CEO of Partners&) and his team to ensure the transaction with Stephen Buckley and Anthony Procter (the management team of Ives TG) went smoothly.

BPE’s Corporate team has previously acted for Partners& advising on a significant investment from private equity firm Capital Z Partners and the subsequent acquisition of six insurance advisory businesses.
