Leading UK Robotics and Automation supplier completes multi-million pound management buyout
Two Gloucestershire-based law firms have advised on a multi-million pound management buyout of CKF Holdings Limited, the holding company of CKF Systems Limited, an established UK Robotics and Automation supplier which has been operating for over 30 years.
Based in modern manufacturing premises in Gloucester, CKF Systems Limited is one of the largest UK based system integrators, designing and manufacturing robotic systems, automated solutions and conveyor systems.
The management team of CKF Systems Limited were advised by Willans LLP. Chris Wills, head of corporate, led the transaction with assistance from corporate and employment solicitor Helen Howes.
