Celebrating Newly Qualified Solicitors
Celebrations are taking place in two departments at BPE Solicitors as Sam Silsby and Natalie Ball have both qualified as Solicitors after completing their training contracts with the firm.
Joining the Employment team, Sam returns to the department where she spent the majority of her training contract. Sam also brings with her a wealth of experience from her first career as a Project Manager where she managed large teams. As a Solicitor, she is particularly interested in discrimination, disciplinary and grievance processes and looks to build a specialism in this area.
Meanwhile Natalie has qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team where she assisted senior fee earners during her training contract. She also spent time in Commercial Property and Family, gaining valuable experience of advising both commercial and private individual clients on her route to qualification. As a newly qualified Solicitor, she will advise clients on commercial and residential disputes, professional negligence and commercial contract disputes.
“BPE is committed to recruiting and developing talent, and both Sam and Natalie are brilliant examples of just that”, John Workman commented “We have had the pleasure of watching Sam and Natalie develop into skilled and talented Solicitors and I look forward to seeing where their careers take them in the coming years”.
