BPE Solicitors’ Corporate team advises on management buyout

Gloucestershire based law firm BPE Solicitors has acted for S & P Contracting Limited on a management buyout of S.P. Electrical Limited.

S.P. Electrical Limited, based in Stroud, is an electrical installer and distributor. The management buyout marks the first step in the new management team’s plans for S.P. Electrical Limited.

Several teams at BPE were involved in completing this deal. The team was led by Corporate Partner Adam Kean and supported by Angharad Doyle and Rupert Parker (Corporate), Doug Armstrong and Chris Aldridge who provided advice on the specific Commercial Property and Employment elements of the transaction, respectively..

Accounting and tax advice for the deal structure and the seller was provided by James Whittaker at Hazlewoods Accountants.
