BPE Solicitors assist Gloucestershire Airport in taking off

The Corporate team at Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors has advised long standing client, Gloucestershire Airport on a Local Growth Capital Funding Agreement which will support the delivery of associated infrastructure to facilitate the development of land between Anson and Meteor business parks.

The Growth Capital Funding Agreement is the first stage of Gloucestershire Airport’s expansion plans which, subject to planning approval, will see a new business park built. This project will provide multiple benefits to the local area and economy including the potential creation of around 1,750 new jobs.

Solicitor, Kathryn King, supported Gloucestershire Airport on the legal side of the Funding Agreement which will see the county’s airport expand and create new access from the B4063. Partner, Anna Wood, supported the client in relation to construction specific elements of the Agreement.
