BPE launches new online product to support family clients

BPE Solicitors has implemented a new online product, Settify, to offer clients a seamless start to seeking family law advice. Settify will simplify the enquiry process and make it even easier to access our family law services when it is needed most.

Settify allows clients to outline their enquiry and provide a brief relationship history before receiving bespoke guidance on the family law issue. This information will then determine the best placed person in the team to move things forward. By using Settify, the Family Team will have some background information about what it is the client is looking for before speaking on the phone or meeting in person, saving both time and money.

Helen Cankett, Head of BPE’s Family Team, says: “We’re really pleased to be able to offer this new service to clients. We’ll be able to provide tailored guidance much sooner to clients who are often going through a very difficult time, making the whole process a lot easier”.
