BPE Solicitors acts for Location Sciences Group on recent fundraising

BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team has acted once again for London-based location data verification company, Location Sciences Group plc, on its recent £0.975million fundraising.

Location Sciences is a global location verification provider, working in partnership with brands, media agencies and suppliers to improve the effectiveness of location-based advertising campaigns.

This latest round of fundraising will be used to maintain the company's position in the UK location data and insights market and allow it to grow Verify, its location data verification product, both in the UK and overseas.

It follows on from BPE advising Location Sciences in connection with its global data partnership with X-Mode Social, Inc. earlier in the year.

Led by Corporate Partner, Louise Grzasko, the BPE team worked alongside Shore Capital, the company’s nominated adviser and joint broker.

Commenting on the deal, David Rae, Commercial Director and CFO of Location Sciences, said: “We were delighted to have concluded this fundraising successfully.  It was conducted during difficult times and there were many issues to navigate along the way.  We were glad to have the team at BPE working alongside us, providing valuable support and guidance throughout.”
