BPE supports Sosandar with its continued growth

BPE Solicitors’ Corporate Team has acted once again for long standing client and AIM-quoted company, Sosandar plc, on its recent £5million fundraising.

Sosandar is an online womenswear brand, focused on providing fashion-conscious women with quality, affordable clothing with a premium, trend-led aesthetic; enabling them to step away from throwaway fashion mentalities.

This latest round of fundraising will be used to grow the company’s customer base further as well as  increase stock levels to meet demand and expand their current product range.

Led by Corporate Partner, Louise Grzasko, the BPE team advised Sosandar on the fundraising, working alongside Shore Capital, the company’s nominated adviser and broker.

Commenting on the deal, Ali Hall and Julie Lavington, Co-CEOs of Sosandar plc said: “We are very pleased to have successfully raised £5million through this fundraising and to have had the support of the team at BPE once again.”
