Another return boosts Employment team at BPE Solicitors

BPE Solicitors has seen the return of a third solicitor in four months as Chris Aldridge re-joins the firm’s Employment team after two years at a niche employment practice.

Returning to BPE as a Senior Associate, Chris brings with him a focus on client care and commercial advice which will boost the team’s already considerable experience and further enhance its top tier status in the latest Legal 500 rankings.

Chris advises employees and businesses alike on a broad range of employment issues, including defending Employment Tribunal claims, supporting businesses in dealing with challenges such as employee performance, conduct and absence and guiding clients through complex issues such as redundancies and restructures. He specialises in providing support to HR teams and his strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook is a perfect fit for BPE, the Employment team and its clients.

On his return to BPE, Chris said: “It is great to be back. The atmosphere and attitude of the business is just as I remember, and I am delighted to once again be working with BPE’s entrepreneurial clients. Coming from Stroud, it’s great to get back to my roots, so to be able to share my time between the Cheltenham and Stonehouse offices gives me the flexibility to service clients throughout Gloucestershire, and build my network locally.”

BPE’s Senior Partner, John Workman, said: “We are delighted that Chris has chosen to return to BPE. He is a talented solicitor and is liked by both clients and colleagues, making him a valuable asset.. We have clear plans for the future of the firm and Chris is very much part of those.”
