BPE acts for Eddie Stobart Limited on acquisition of largest warehouse to date

The Commercial Property team at BPE Solicitors has once again acted for logistics giant, Eddie Stobart Limited on the acquisition of its largest warehouse premises to date.

The recently acquired site is located at the new Midlands Logistics Park in Corby, Northamptonshire and is the first warehouse to be constructed on the park. At almost 850,000 square feet, it is already set to be one of the largest warehouse acquisitions of 2019.

BPE Solicitors’ Commercial Property team acted for the company from day one of the transaction; providing strategic advice on the real estate, construction and planning. Following on from an earlier pre-letting agreement, Eddie Stobart has taken a lease on the new premises for 20 years.
