BPE acts for Big Sofa Technologies Group plc in £1million fundraising

BPE’s Corporate team has once again acted for Big Sofa Technologies Group plc, an international video analytics provider to the insight and analytics industries, on its recent £1 million fundraising on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Top 200 law firm advised Big Sofa Technologies as it raised funds to support the company's recently announced growth strategy for 2019.

BPE has acted for video analytics provider Big Sofa Technologies on multiple occasions since its admission to AIM in 2016.
