BPE acts for Redcomb Pubs in sale to Young’s & Co for £34million

Cheltenham-based, Top 200 law firm BPE Solicitors has acted for London-based multi-site pub operator, Redcomb Pubs Ltd on their recent sale to Young’s & Co for £34million.

Founded in 2009, Redcomb Pubs has established a firm footing in London and the surrounding area over the last ten years, with fifteen sites to date; including pubs, restaurants, bars and pubs with rooms. Their primary focus over the years has been to provide customers with a venue that offers fresh, quality food and drink in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Young’s & Co is an award-winning pub and hotel chain that has established itself throughout London and the South East. This recent acquisition will bring their portfolio to around 200 managed establishments and help strengthen their foothold in the area.

BPE’s Corporate team, led by Anthony Rudge, Louise Grzasko and Kathryn Broughton oversaw the sale, acting on behalf of Redcomb’s shareholders.
