BPE acts for Crowe in acquisition of Accounting for Entrepreneurs

Top 200 law firm BPE Solicitors acted for national accountancy firm, Crowe in its acquisition of Accounting for Entrepreneurs from Cheltenham-based boutique accounting practice, Tayabali Tomlin for an undisclosed sum.

Crowe is a leading audit, tax, advisory and risk firm with a national and international client base. The firm has a number of offices around the UK, including Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

The acquisition of Accounting for Entrepreneurs is part of Crowe’s commitment to further support small to medium sized entrepreneurial businesses; enhancing their service offering to continue to meet client needs.
