BPE advises out-of-hospital healthcare service provider Totally plc on reverse takeover of Vocare Limited

The corporate team from Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has again acted for London-based Totally plc, this time in the reverse takeover of Vocare Limited, a leading provider of urgent care services to the NHS. The deal also saw Totally readmitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Earlier this year, BPE acted for Totally on the placing and open offer that provided the cash resources to finance this acquisition. To date, BPE’s corporate team has now advised Totally on no less than five occasions, including two reverse takeovers and two acquisitions, underlining its ongoing and developing relationship with the successful healthcare company.

Totally provides out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK and, with the acquisition of Vocare, adds urgent care services such as GP out-of-hours and the NHS 111 service to its portfolio of services.
