BPE acts for Vets on the Park in sale and buy back

The corporate team from Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for the owners of Vets on the Park, an independent veterinary practice in Cheltenham, in the sale of half of the business to Medivet Group Limited. The business continues to be managed and run by Alison Jones and her team of dedicated veterinary staff.

Medivet’s investment brings with it the support of a large veterinary operation which will help to support back office systems and the administration that comes with running any small business. Becoming part of the Medivet family of veterinary professionals will allow Alison to tap into a huge network of knowledge, experience and other like-minded professionals focussed on the care of animals.
