BPE acts for Orogen plc on reverse takeover of Sosandar

The corporate team from Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has again acted for Orogen plc. The firm has acted for Orogen since 2010 and this time it acted on the reverse takeover of the e-commerce women’s wear brand “Sosandar” (the trading name of Thread 35 Limited). The deal also saw Orogen raising £5million by way of a placing and being readmitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

This is one of two reverse takeovers, announced within a week of each other, on which BPE has advised the buyer.

The BPE team dealing with each of these reverse takeovers was headed by BPE Equity Partner, Anthony Rudge and Senior Associate, Louise Grzasko.
