BPE Solicitors' Corporate Team Increases Offering of Frontier Resources International Plc
The corporate team at Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors has acted for Frontier Resources International Plc, an AIM listed company, on its reverse takeover of Concepta Diagnostics Limited, a women’s healthcare company.
Concepta Diagnostics is a private healthcare company based in North Yorkshire which was established in 2013. The company specialises in women’s health with a primary focus on fertility issues, and is a leading developer of personalised mobile health diagnostics.
The deal, led by BPE Equity Partner Anthony Rudge and Senior Associate Emma Payne, saw Frontier Resources acquire Concepta for just over £3 million, settled in a mix of new ordinary shares and cash. Frontier also raised additional working capital through a placing and open offer.
