BPE Solicitors' Corporate Team Advises Air & Cargo in Share Purchase Deal
The corporate team at Cheltenham based legal firm, BPE Solicitors, has recently advised international freight forwarder, Air & Cargo Services Limited, on purchasing the issued share capital of Hay World Cargo Ltd.
Established in 1972, Air & Cargo is a privately owned company based in the UK that specialises in the import and export of cargo by air, road or ocean freight. The company, which employs more than 70 people, has eight offices across the country as well as locations in America and Asia.
BPE Corporate Partner, Tim Ward, led the deal and said: “Having worked closely with Air & Cargo for more than 10 years, it has been a pleasure to see the company grow to where it is today. The share purchase of Hay World Cargo has strengthened the company’s offering, and we look forward to continuing to support them in the years to come.”
Heathrow based Hay World Cargo is another international freight forwarder offering sea and air freight services, with links to H.M. Revenue and Customs. The company also offers a brokerage service for both imported and exported cargo.
