BPE Top Guns

Guests of BPE Solicitors enjoyed a successful afternoon’s shooting last week at a charity event organised by Prestbury Marketing & Consulting Limited.

The event, which was held to raise money for Gloucestershire Crimestoppers, saw five teams of four battle it out at Ian Coley’s Shooting Ground near Andoversford, Gloucestershire.

The victorious team, led by Jon Close, Head of Construction at BPE not only won the overall event, but also the flush and top gun awards. Jon was joined by Quantity Surveyor John Bruckel (Construction Logistics Services), Project Manager Mark Price (Vitruvius Management Services) and Contractor Paul Halfpenny (Britannia Construction).

Jon Close commented, “We were up against some tough competition with some very experienced shots in other teams but I knew that we also had a strong presence. The set up at Ian Coley is superb, the instruction is Olympic standard and we had a lot of fun with some cracking local businesses raising over £800 during the afternoon for a great cause. “
