BPE’s Employment team gains new Partner

Solicitor Tim Gofton is the latest addition to the Employment Team at Cheltenham based BPE Solicitors.

Tim, who joins the firm as a Partner previously worked for Richard Slade and Company Solicitors in Bristol, and before that international law firm Wragge & Co, where he trained and worked for five years after qualification in its employment team. He will be working alongside the head of the Employment team Lisa Gettins, advising businesses on a vast range of employment issues.

Tim has specialised in Employment law for 15 years, and will be dealing with clients from a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail and financial services. He will be providing advice to in-house HR departments, HR Managers, Finance Directors and Managing Directors amongst others.

Commenting on his new role at BPE, Tim said: “I am thrilled to have been appointed Partner of such a well-regarded Law firm. I am particularly keen on working on a personal level with clients; to be seen as an extension of its workforce rather than an external lawyer, and BPE is exactly the kind of firm that allows me to do this.”
