BPE build on Family offering

Gloucestershire based commercial law firm BPE Solicitors LLP has recently extended its Family team, with the arrival of new recruit Helen Cankett.

Helen, who joins as an Associate Solicitor, will be a core part of the growing team, specialising in the financial aspects of divorce and separation and assisting clients in regards to childcare arrangements.

Elizabeth Saunders, Partner and Head of the Family team commented, “Helen is an experienced Family law solicitor and joins the team at an incredibly busy time. She will be an invaluable asset to the team and to BPE as we move forward and I’m pleased to have her on board.”  

Helen, who is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer and Family Mediator, is able to assist clients using alternatives to Court litigation and joins BPE having previously worked at regional firm Foot Anstey and Cheltenham firm Rickerbys.

Commenting on her arrival, Helen said, “BPE is a well-respected law firm within the South West area. The team have a great reputation for putting the client first and I am looking forward to working with them.”
