I joined BPE as a paralegal in 2014 before training and qualifying as a solicitor with the firm in 2018.

The main body of my work is leasehold matters. I have a number of repeat landlord clients who trust me to manage their estates. However, I also have clients who have a portfolio of leasehold properties and instruct me to carry out their due diligence and negotiation of leases from a “tenant-friendly” perspective.

As well as landlord and tenant matters, I am experienced in transfers of property and refinancing. I also assist our corporate team with property-related aspects of share or asset purchases.

Being in Commercial Property, all of my clients are commercial and mostly have interests in retail or industrial properties but my specialism within the team is working with charities who have additional regulations to follow when dealing in property.
